3. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital and consulting nature of our services, including but not limited to strategy development, account setup, and time-intensive campaign management, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing our services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this strict no refund policy.
This policy ensures we can dedicate the necessary time and resources required to build and scale your TikTok presence without interruption. Clients who choose to work with NEXTOK do so with the understanding that they are investing in high-quality professional services, and results are highly dependent on numerous factors, including those beyond our direct control.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to provide timely access to necessary assets, accounts, and information required for us to perform our services. Delays in providing such information may result in corresponding delays in our service delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NEXTOK and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NEXTOK, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
